CANCELLATION POLICY

please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a fee. late cancellations (within 24 hours): will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. no shows (no call/no show): will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to pay a deposit to book future appointments. to cancel or reschedule: text (308) 850-5358 or message me on instagram (@skinandinkbytaylor). LATE POLICY please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled service. grace period: if you arrive within 10 minutes, your service will continue as planned, although it may be slightly shortened. 11-15 minutes late: your service may be adjusted or shortened depending on the time available. full service price still applies in addition to an extra fee of $20 for the late inconvenience, unless contacting me first. more than 15 minutes late: your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be canceled or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee will apply (see cancellation & no show policy). CHILDREN & GUESTS POLICY to ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional environment, only the client receiving services is permitted in the treatment room and studio. children, family members, friends, and other guests may not accompany clients to appointments unless prior arrangements have been approved. clients arriving with children or unauthorized guests may be asked to reschedule their appointment. cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply in accordance with our cancellation policy. we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful experience for all clients.
